The Microsoft Ignite Tour is a three-day tech conference with an attendance of 2,000 people. Hosted in the heart of downtown Toronto at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, this event featured numerous keynote speakers and breakout sessions. We were responsible for photography and video coverage, and time-sensitive social media content throughout the day as requested by the client.

Our Toronto photography and video production team was tasked to capture the scope of this massive event in its entirety, comprising highly specific photo and video content as requested by the client. For instance, we were asked to provide real-time, high-quality retouched photos for the Microsoft social team.

In terms of shooting video, our videographers shot a variety of b-roll, along with scheduling and shooting high-profile interviews with Microsoft executives in order to provide a supercut of the day’s events and important event highlights.

Our experienced, professional, and efficient photographers and videographers know how to work with clients to deliver results in a timely fashion. To satisfy Microsoft’s social media team, who demanded high-quality photo edits in real-time, we dispatched a KTCHN photographer to work solely in concert with the team, providing efficient, fast, and high-quality images. To the same effect, our hard-working video team scheduled interviews, arranged key shots of the venue and worked with Microsoft social team to prioritize the most important activations, workshops and keynote sessions that needed to be captured for the highlight video. 

KTCHN Productions delivered a host of solutions for Microsoft, including event photography coverage, edited real-time photos for same-day social media use, a 2.5-minute highlight video summarizing the event, as well as 30-second teaser videos for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
