CONSULTATIONEach booking begins with an consultation (email, web conference, or in-person in downtown Toronto) and location visit depending on project.
PROOFINGOur customized client gallery is a password-protected, user-friendly platform that lets you and your collaborators select final shots and share them with one another.
FLEXIBLE AND TIMELYWe charge by the hour or by event, but we’re open to negotiation. If you’re from an agency, we’re considerate of your client’s needs. Contact us for flexible rates.
SECURE STORAGEWe offer backup storage of all original images (RAW files) for up to 3 years. You know, just in case.

We understand each occasion calls for a different set of needs. Please note that our package rate include standard retouching (dusting, straightening, cropping, colour-balance, plus a little KTCHN magic), photo processing, and post-production.

We recommend bookings be made minimum 1-2 weeks to 6 months in advance - that's how we uphold our standards. To hold the desired date(s), a non-refundable retainer fee (50% of commissions) is required at the time of the booking, with the remaining balance paid by the (1st) shoot date. For specialized assignments complimentary on-site visits are available.
